Workplaces & venues

Keep teams and visitors aligned without chasing every speaker.

Opening shifts, visitor directions, event changes, routine reminders, facility information, and closing announcements all compete for attention. PITCH gives operations teams one place to prepare and place those shared spoken updates.

The working day

Useful information and timely offers belong together.

Shared spaces need messages that are useful to both the people operating the location and the people moving through it. A short direction or schedule change can prevent repeated calls across teams, while a planned opening or closing message creates a dependable rhythm.

Routine safety information can be one part of that plan, but PITCH is not presented as a certified emergency, evacuation, life-safety, or public warning system. Critical procedures must continue to use the approved systems and processes for the site.

Use approved wording for everyday site information, housekeeping, or a scheduled drill reminder. Keep certified emergency procedures separate.

  5. 05

    Facility information

Explain an entrance, lift, room, service, or shared-space change when teams and visitors need practical guidance.

  6. 06
    promotional

    Event or venue offer

Highlight a programme, refreshment offer, sponsor, or add-on without claiming attendance or commercial results.

  7. 07
    informational

    Closing announcement

Give teams and visitors a calm final message about exits, services, or the end of the programme.

Templates spotlight

Keep familiar guidance ready for the next event.

A Template can preserve reviewed wording for a visitor greeting, room direction, event sponsor, start time, or closing message while declared names, places, dates, and times change. “Audio ready” confirms preparation only; the operations team still chooses the speakers and timing.

A day in the location

Four moments, generously spaced.

  1. Opening update

Give the team a shared start-of-day message in the working areas that need it.

  2. Visitor guidance

Direct arrivals to reception, check-in, or the correct event entrance.

  3. Event change

Share a room or timing update across the event spaces that are affected.

  4. Closing announcement

Close with clear information about exits, remaining services, and the end of the programme.

Operations

Routine coordination with a clear safety boundary

Speaker visibility helps the team choose the shared areas that should receive a workplace or venue message. The audio library keeps reviewed routine information easy to find, and Templates can make repeated event details easier to update.

PITCH can support routine information and reminders only. It must not replace approved emergency communication, evacuation, life-safety, or public warning systems. Activity and available playback evidence apply to the PITCH announcement, not to safety certification.

Questions

Questions, answered plainly

Can PITCH replace an emergency notification system?

No. PITCH is not presented as a certified emergency, evacuation, life-safety, or public warning system. Continue using the approved critical communication systems and site procedures.

Can a room change reach only the affected event areas?

The team can choose the relevant speakers for the update. That keeps placement deliberate and avoids assuming every operational message belongs everywhere.

Can we keep sponsor or event messages consistent?

A Template can keep reviewed wording and voice choices while declared sponsor, event, room, date, or time details change. The team reviews the new audio before choosing delivery.
