Let’s plan the right announcement setup for your business.

A useful PITCH conversation begins with the places you manage and the messages people need to hear—not with a long form. Email KnownSense Intelligence with a few practical details and we can shape the demo around your working day.

A useful first note

Four details make the demo more relevant.

You do not need to prepare a presentation or map every process before getting in touch. A short description of the business, the locations, and a few announcements gives us enough to show the parts of PITCH that are relevant.

The conversation can cover messages used now, messages planned for later, reusable Templates, speaker choices, and the activity a manager wants to check. It will stay grounded in current product capabilities and the examples you provide.

If different teams own the words, the timing, and the speakers, mention that too. It helps the walkthrough reflect how decisions move through your business without requiring names or personal information. A simple outline is enough for the first reply.

  1. 01

    Your business type

Tell us whether you manage restaurants, cafés, shops, hospitality spaces, workplaces, venues, or another setting where people hear spoken updates.

  2. 02

    Your location count

Share whether the first setup is one room, one site, or several locations. An approximate count is useful; a detailed equipment list is not needed for the first email.

  3. 03

    Your common messages

Include two or three examples such as a welcome, daily special, pickup call, service update, event reminder, visitor direction, or closing announcement.

  4. 04

    Your preferred contact details

Add the name and email or phone details you want us to use for the reply, along with any helpful time-zone or availability note.

The conversation

What the demo can cover

We can use one of your everyday messages to show how a team prepares audio, keeps useful messages organized, reuses tested wording with Templates, chooses timing and speakers, and reviews activity.

If several locations or teams share responsibility, mention how an announcement moves from approval to the room. The demo can focus on keeping wording, timing, speaker choices, and activity clear across that handoff. That shared picture keeps the first conversation focused on the work your team already does.

Your choice

No details are collected on this page

This page has no on-site form, scheduling tool, tracking pixel, or hidden lead capture. The Book a demo action opens your email application so you can review the message and choose what to share before sending it.

Existing customers do not need to request another demo. Use Sign in to return to the PITCH workspace.

Questions

Before you email

What should I put in the subject or first line?

The Book a demo link begins a PITCH product enquiry. In the first line, name the business and the announcement situation you want to improve. A short, direct note is welcome.

Do I need to share customer or employee information?

No. Use general examples rather than personal details. A message such as “pickup counter update” or “staff opening reminder” is enough to explain the job without identifying a person.

Where do existing customers go?

Existing customers can use Sign in to return to their PITCH workspace. The contact email remains available if the team wants to discuss a new location or a different announcement setup.
